  Liked: The accsess of the apartment was very good. It is in a good location, grocery store and a bakery not too far. Parking is good as well. Nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds. The host responded to our questions as soon as she could. I can recommend it to families.

  Nice at first glance, but the apartment had a foul smell, mold, hair on the floor, a 150-euro deposi

  Liked: At first glance, everything seemed great—spacious apartments, two rooms, nice and modern appliances, and a lovely rooftop terrace. The parking is on the street, shared with others. But that's all I can say on the positive side.

  Disliked: Upon entering the apartment, there was immediately an unpleasant, musty smell. At first, we didn't pay much attention to it, but later we started feeling unwell, experiencing allergic reactions, and then we found mold in the wardrobe. The apartment was on the first floor, and after a heavy rain, the ceiling started leaking. When we returned to the apartment, we saw that the dining table and the floor were flooded with water. Thankfully, nothing important was left on the table. Our manager's response was only to inform the cleaning staff. Throughout the next night, water kept dripping from the ceiling in the living room. The apartment wasn't very clean—there was black hair all over, including in the bathroom under the bath mat and in the living room. Also, make sure to read the apartment description carefully. I wasn’t paying attention, and when we checked in, we had to pay a 150-euro deposit—essentially to ensure that we wouldn’t steal or break anything. The money is refunded to the credit card after check-out. Additionally, be prepared to take out the trash when you check out. The parking seems private, but all three spots were taken, so we had to park on the street in a shared parking area. On our last day, there were no parking spots available, and we had to squeeze in under a fence on the road near the apartments.

  If it's available just book it

  Liked: It was a very nice big house converted into different apartments, the apartments have everything you need to feel confortable and you quickly will feel like in our own place. there is free street parking around the house and also this is a very convenient location if you are driving because it's next to a main road, if you are not driving, there is a bus stop with plenty of buses going into the town center, the host name is Gilberto and he will take the time to explain everything you need to know about la casa verde.

  Nice place, convenient and cozy apartments. Good location

  Liked: We came here for vacation with family and friends. The apartment looked the same as at the photos and met our expectations. Good mattresses, linen, clean bathrooms, good kitchen with all necessary appliances. For our purposes the location was perfect - i.e. close to Loro Park, 5 minutes by car. There is parking place if you rent a car. Nice balcony and views from the rooms. Very clear instructions. The host returned 150 Euro deposit the same day as we left after checking the apartment. In general, we liked our stay.

  Disliked: We had an early flight to Tenerife and asked if we can have an early check-in. We arrived to the island at 10 a.m,, while check-in to the apartments is 16.00. We received a very short and formal answer that according to the rules the check-in is at 16.00. That was it, nothing like "sorry, unfortunately we cannot, the rooms are not clean, etc" - something that you expect in such cases)) Of course, at that point, after two long flights we expected at least some warmer answer or the proposal for an earlier paid check-in was also expected. But it was ok. Not ok was that the host was late and arrived only at 16.40, and no "sorry" again. Another thing that surprised us was that the towels are changed only after 10-days stay. Even in winter it is not hygienic, not speaking of summer time. But these two things did not bother us too much, although we had not expected it.

  Bright and spacious apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace and view!

  Liked: Very comfortable apartment with a wonderful main bedroom and roof terrace. 20 min walk to the old town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for us to cook meals there easily. One of our favorite places in our 2 week stay
