  Perfect apartment: location, free parking

  Liked: The apartment is extremely well-equipped, spacious, beautiful, and features high-quality finishes. There is street parking right in front, we always found a spots, regarding of the day or hours. Also, there are several other parking spots around the streets surrounding the apartment, so there’s no parking problem. It includes a terrace with a view of Mount Teide. It is exceptionally clean, has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom as well, and comes with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. It is a 15 minute walk to Martianez Beach and the city center (restaurants, shops). I highly recommend it.

  Beautiful and peaceful apartment

  Liked: Beautiful apartment very comfortable quiet and secure and the attention to detail. lWe loved the apartment! Very comfy to sit in the evenings.

  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay in these apartments. Everything was at a high level: cleanliness, comfort, and a convenient location. The apartment fully matched the description and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. 10/10!

  Apart from the issue with the internet, we can totally recommend this lovely apartment

  Liked: The apartment was very conveniently situated for walking into town (be warned it's uphill back!) and to local supermarkets and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It wasn't overlooked by other properties and had a view of a children's play area so was peaceful at night. Our contact Gilberto was pleasant and responsive to messages.

  Disliked: The only problem we experienced was that towards the end of our stay we found we could no longer connect to the internet. Gilberto promptly notified the admin team but they did not make contact with us so we had no internet access for the last days of our stay, which was inconvenient. We can now see from other reviews that this has happened occasionally before.
