  Outstanding

  Liked: Absolutely lovely friendly staff on reception went out of their way to accommodate an early check in for us. Our room was huge with cooking facilities a safe and massive balcony which was so private.Theres nothing worse than your neighbours overlooking your space! The suites are a 10 minute walk from the old town and bus station. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool Lovely staff The suites are in a slightly hilly location which may be a problem for less mobile guests. We highly recommend these suites.

  Superb accommodation in a great location at a good price

  Liked: Great size two bedroom apartment with large balcony getting sun most of the day. Well equipped kitchen and decent sized dining table if you want to eat in. Really peaceful location with spectacular view of Teide peak. Open air pool which is large enough to swim round rather than just plunge pool. Really good breakfast with excellent range of choices. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Alberto’s bar right nearby with great views if you want evening drink and pizza with a more lively atmosphere. Gorgeous walk through stepped gardens when you do walk to sea front. Frequent and reliable buses to get round if you want to get out of Puerto with bus stop just outside the property.

  Good

  Liked: The staff was great, helpful and really made our trip so much more than it would have been otherwise. Secure location with several entryways and a lift. Staff cleaned the premises quite well.

  Disliked: Confusing concept a bit- we lived in an appartment(2 bedrooms, fully stacked kitchen, balcony), but the washing machine room was separate for the entire floor and costs extra 10EUR. The cleaning ladies came overy day to clean up. Then the breakfast was also offered, but for the whole week remained identical and not a huge variety yo choose from, so too bad if you are have veg or vegan preferences i guess. The entire facilieties were quite outdated, but nothing was obviously broken. Parking outside was a lottery- either you won and parked closely, or not.

  Lovely, well equipped and spacious apartments. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Pleasant stay

  Liked: Quiet location. Generous sized apartment with lovely balcony and sun loungers. Short walk to the beach and in to town. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Good selection for breakfast.
