  Feeling at home and relaxed

  Liked: Very well located. The hotel has a parking and all you need to enjoy your stay in Tenerife. We had beautiful views on the sea and on Teide from our room terrace. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable.

  Bahia Principe 10/10

  Liked: Hotel is gorgeous. All the facilities inside are always kept clean and tidy. Staff in the hotel is super friendly and will help and do anything for you that you ask. Dont remember all of their names but Borja and Jose were amazing all the drinks they poured were also made very well. Some of the all inclusive cocktails weren't always the best always but that's to be expected when you need to make so much but they were also very tasty so can't complain. Hotel entertainment and the activities were also very amazing we didn't expect them to be so fun. The all-inclusive price and stay is super affordable and includes so much. Food at the buffet was also good, some dishes were better than others but there is something for anyone and everyone. The two dinners included in the hotel at the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants in the hotel were 10/10 amazing dishes. Definitely planning our next trip here again.

  Disliked: Beds were okay but they could be a bit better. I imagine some rooms have better beds. Could also use an extra light in the room we stayed at. (107)

  Not great. If you're looking for luxury, look elsewhere

  Liked: The location is decent and the sea view is great. Reception was friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The hotel is really trying to position itself as more luxurious than it actually is. The rooms haven’t been renovated in years: everything is worn, dusty, the walls are cracked, etc. So the rooms are uncomfortable and gross to be in. We even asked to change rooms after check-in because the first one was so bad, but the new one was not much better. The food is not good. Variety in the buffet is pretty small, and multiple times I would put three types of meat on my plate, only to end up eating none of it because they just weren’t cooked right. My wife has celiac, so needed gluten free accommodations. The allergen markings in the buffet are TOTALLY BOGUS. We found a literal cake that was not marked as containing gluten. Luckily, we found an employee to confirm that the cake is not celiac-safe. There is a way to request a "gluten-free meal" from the kitchen, but the process is very tedious: every morning at breakfast you need to find a guy that will call another guy that will write down your room number on a random piece of paper. Then at dinner you have to do this again, at which point you can get your sad custom meal: sometimes it's just a plate of vegetarian pasta with canned tomato sauce. And of course the usual annoying things: at dinner you have to pay 2+ euros to be able to drink water (not allowed to bring your own), the in-room safe costs money to use, etc.
