  Good relationship between price and quality

  Liked: The pool was very beautiful, like the views from the room. Also, the hall was light and opened. The decoration of the room was pretty.

  Disliked: I expected a better breakfast. The noisy of the people was a little bit annoying. Also, the bathroom of the room is good, but it seems a little bit old.

  Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Check-Out Experience

  Liked: Lovely pool and comfortable rooms

  Disliked: Disappointing customer service and poor procedures. I paid a €30 cash deposit for pool towels, but at check-out the hotel claimed there was no record of it. Despite returning all three towels and having photographic evidence, I was refused a refund and made to feel dishonest. Staff could not check the CCTV, and the issue remained unresolved. A disappointing end to our holiday. The hotel needs to improve its deposit procedures and customer service.

  I loved the spa and facilities there bubbly pools hot pools cold pools sauna steam room and swimming circuit pool fabulo

  Liked: Staff were very helpful, friendly and great at their jobs.

  Disliked: Probably the same as most holiday hotels it was very hard to get a lay back seat by the pool if not occupied they had towels etc left on them. You could look out your bedroom window at 7am a nd people were putting out their towels

  Mixed feelings, some excellent and some below par

  Liked: The food and drink was excellent. The room had a great view of the mountains and pool and big enough for 3. Most of the staff were friendly and the pool area was always cleaned thoroughly every morning. The restaurant staff were always busy cleaning and clearing and preparing food.

  Disliked: Cockroaches in our room. Poor air conditioning. There is a planter across the end of all the balconies which just has soil and cigarette butts. Cushions missing from a lot of the public seating. A couple of staff members were a bit rude.

  Totally waste

  Liked: Food area clean Clean the room every day

  Disliked: No drinking water in room,we need to sort ourselves No towel-if you need you need to ring them Phone line to reception not working If you are fully inclusive also you need to pay for your drinking cups £1 euro & need to take the cups with you everywhere (funny🤣 but true BUT you paid Fully inclusive) No luggage carrying service,you need to move all to your room when you are arriving & Leaving You need to pay for Kettle 20 euro at reception -no kettle in the room No teabags or coffee in the room Safe is there but not Digi lock but not sure about the key 🔑 receptionist not help All inclusive drinks shut down 11 pm then you need to pay,I was waiting at bar from 10:55 pm,11 pm only my turn comes but bar lady said can’t serve,when I ask the question bar lady argued & receptionist also not provide right answer BUT they serving to paying guests Receptionist said if you are not like our service you can change the hotel (I know there is no refund but I asked could you refund he said no & you need to pay some extra charges 🤣) Same types of foods everyday Small Pool Small play area Rooms looks like big in the photos I was travelling lots of places but this is the very worse place I chosen Paid around £2700 fully inclusive not worth for money. Imagine paid fully inclusive then need to pay for kettles & cups People from UK 🇬🇧 this is not a place for you
