  Liked: Room was clean with solid beds, decent breakfast and dinner options, free parking nearby,

  Disliked: We didn't sleep at all the first night. They gave us a room with a non-working A/C. We asked the reception if they could fix it, and they said a technician would handle it. Well, he didn't handle anything - he just gave us a mobile A/C unit. The problem is that this mobile A/C is VERY loud, and you have to keep your window open the whole night. We went immediately to the reception and asked for a room change. The receptionist said all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do right now, but they would give us another room the next day. So we tried to sleep, but guess what? There is a bar right across the street called La Cla playing loud music until 2 am, and you couldn't close the window because of that stupid mobile A/C. That was probably one of the worst hotel nights I've ever had. The next morning, we packed all our things, went to the reception, gave them the key cards, and they finally changed our room to a normal one with working A/C. What do I see as the main problem here? They obviously know about the hotel A/C problem. There is a bunch of mobile A/C units right next to the reception desk, so it's not like our room was the only one. Fix your hotel A/C system and stop renting out these rooms until you do!!!

  Good value for money and located well

  Liked: Older but clean and the staff were lovely.

  Disliked: They should have two toaster stands. Our shower pressure was low.

  Liked: Good value for money; cleanliness and room size were fine. Meals were adequate, though not outstanding. The all-inclusive package includes two types of cocktails daily. There were no crowds during this period.

  Disliked: We arrived on a Sunday; it was very noisy at night, and—as the photos suggest—neither the window nor the entrance door provided adequate sound insulation. The safe costs €3 per day; while that isn't a huge amount, in a 4-star hotel, it really ought to be included in the price as a matter of good business practice. A 4-star hotel cannot afford to neglect the maintenance issues visible in the photos. Unfortunately, our room was located directly above the entrance and the small shop; the door wouldn't close properly, resulting in a lot of noise in the evenings.

  We had overall a comfortable stay, but perhaps once is enough!

  Liked: In comparison to the previous experiences with 4 and 5-star inclusive hotels in Greece and Turkey: General cleanness: very good with sensible regular cleaning Room facility: whilst generally adequate. Location: very convenient in terms of access to the town and view Catering/Food: in general average-ok quality, Staff: generally polite, helpful and supportive Swimming pool: not a sizeable pool but perhaps sufficent for the number of useres

  Disliked: In comparison to the previous experiences with 4 and 5-star inclusive hotels in Greece and Turkey: Room facility: it was unusual that there was no tissue box in the rooms. Also, a separate chage for renting the safe in the room was ridiculous! Catering/food: variety was limited, most of the times edible level rather than unforgetably tasty Other sport facilities: whereas in my previous experiences there were no charge for using tennis courts, here they charged 10 euros for one hour! Gym could accommodate 4 at time, but generally available. The table tennis was extremely poor: net was broken and bats need to be replaced.

  Recomendaría el hotel Interpalace a cualquier persona

  Liked: El hotel es genial, es súper divertido, muy limpio, habitaciones muy grandes y los desayunos están increíbles!!

  Disliked: Quizás la ubicación lejos de la playa. Son 15 minutos andando y la ida está bien porque es bajada pero cuando tienes que volver al hotel es cuesta arriba. Pero merece la pena aún así
