  Liked: My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 days, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience! The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the terrace with its beautiful mountain view. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and all the necessary toiletries provided. Everything was truly impeccable. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was delicious, with a huge variety of options to choose from. However, what impressed us the most was the outstanding service. We have honestly never experienced better hospitality. All the staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The reception staff were always friendly and smiling, as were the ladies working in the restaurant. We would especially like to mention a shorter lady with long black hair who works in the hotel restaurant. She welcomed us with a smile every single day and was exceptionally friendly, hardworking, and lovely. She really made our stay even more special! Overall, our experience was a perfect 10/10. We would absolutely choose Panoramica Garden again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

  Liked: Pool area and bar are very nice. Bus stops are close to get into town.

  Disliked: No fans or air-conditioning in the rooms so it was very hot.
