  Liked: The position, close to a big parking, walking distance from supermarket and from the city center. The apartment has bene recently renovated

  Disliked: The washing machine was working poorly, the shower Is draining very slowly ( i think by design, not because It was clogged by something like hair...)

  Very good price-quality stay

  Liked: Very good host who was sending an email with nice tips every morning. The location was good too. The appartment was very clean and had plenty of amenities.

  Disliked: Cleaning the appartment once in a 1-week stay would have been nice. The shower was a bit jammed and toilet flush was getting stuck sometimes (easy to fix though). A bit noisy in the night (but got used to it).

  Nice place, great location - needs some maintenance

  Liked: We really loved the location - close to the city center and a lot of parking and grocery possibilities close by. We noticed that the owners put a lot of effort into creating a cozy space with somewhat high-quality material. The view from the balcony was great, as well as the balcony itself. It was nice that some basic ingredients were there, such as salt, pepper and oil. The coffee machine was super and it was easy to find coffee pods in the supermarkets. The owners communicated clearly and quickly through WhatsApp and also responded fast, when we had questions. It was super that a washing machine was available as well as beach towels and additional blankets for cold nights. There's an electric grill/BBQ available, too. We had apartment 5B - I believe there is also 5A.

  Disliked: When you have a space like that and want to attract people, who are ready to pay for it, you also need to maintain the place consistently. The paint started to come off the walls and we could see that that was due to mold/wetness. In the bathroom, the window seals were also quite moldy. All the knives in the kitchen were extremely dull. The sofa bed in the living room was uneven and super noisy. Luckily the kids didn't mind, but us parents didn't sleep well there.

  Liked: The overall design and location is very good. The terrace is private and nicely decorated.

  Disliked: It's to bright in the living room where You sleep on a sofa. The bedroom lacks a fan, it's super hot during the morning. The biggest downside is noise. Due to windows from roof to floor it feels like the apartment is missing of of the walls. We had to sleep in earplugs.
