  A clean, comfortable apartment in a great location with excellent facilities

  Liked: The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The swimming pools were excellent, the facilities had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a real bonus. The host was very easy to deal with, friendly and accommodating.

  Disliked: The only minor thing was that a few extra pillows would have been helpful, but this did not affect our enjoyable stay.

  Fabulous accommodation and location. Attentive and friendly host. Will definitely be back again

  Liked: Thomas called to discuss our last minute booking to make sure everything was catered for. Marvin remained late at the office to meet us, hand over keys, and provide orientation. We we also afforded use of dedicated, secure garage space which was incredibly useful as we had a lot of equipment to store. The accommodation was very clean, with more than adequate bedding and towels etc. The location is fantastic. Everything on the doorstep. 25m heated pool is an added bonus. Beautiful town. Incredible host. Will definitely visit again.

  Disliked: There is genuinely nothing negative to mention about this apartment and stay.

  Amazing holiday and a very nice apartment overall

  Liked: The location is perfect, close to the beach and also you can easily walk to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment was very nice. It had everything that we needed for our stay there with a toddler, with enough utensils in the kitchen to cook and eat, as well as a coffee machine. The best part of the apartment was the terrace, which we took full advantage of. The views were amazing and we had a very lovely time. Thomas was very nice and also helped us with transport from and to the airport.

  Disliked: Everything was really nice. The only part was that the furniture of the apartment was not the same as the one in the pictures but that being said, it was still a lovely stay.

  AMAZING!!!

  Liked: Everything was amazing, the apartment had all the needed amenities plus extra that I wasn’t expecting. Everything super clean and the location excellent right in front of the beach. The swimming pool was super big and nice! Will definitely come back!

  Liked: Excellent apartments, everything you need for comfortable living is there, birds singing in the morning and ocean views could be heard from the balcony. What else you need to relax. The landlord provided a round-trip transfer for an affordable price

  Liked: Prime location next to the beach and in an easy walking distance to the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Big and deep heated swimming pool is a plus you do not find easily in hotels. Owner can provide a free underground parking spot which can make your life a lot easier. Bed was quite comfortable. Balcony is nice although it overlooks straight ahead a parking area.

  Disliked: Although the parking is advertised in the accommodation's name as free, the owner tried to present it many times as something he provides as extra and initially in our first communication he said he cannot provide it. The photos show 2 different apartments mixed so you do not know which you will get. The one we got is very outdated and it is like someone moved out after decades and there has been no renovation. That would be not a big problem but the apartment did not have basic amenities. For example, no toilet paper, kitchen paper/towel, no sheets on bed etc. For today's standards, this accommodation is far behind as it stands now.
