Exceptional
A wonderful stay, thank you Eva!
Liked: First of all the location, its meters away from the main village square which has a few good restaurants and a great rural atmosphere. Free parking just outside if you come by car. Then, everything else...the beautiful flowers at the entrance, the space inside the house, its all fantastic. A large living / dinning area with an all equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher / washing machine. A pellet wood burner in the living room, making the ground floor a very nice, warm and cozy area when the temperatures drop. A large TV in the living area, good WIFI. A large wet room on the ground floor. A good size double bedroom upstairs, with a large wardrobe and shutters, facing one of the pretty squares and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, again with shutters facing the same square. Wonderful pillows/duvets/bed sheets/towels provided. A 2nd shower room upstairs. The cleanliness of the house if wonderful, really feels and looks like new. Very quiet area, with just the sound of birds and church bells! And not lastly, EVA, the host...what a wonderful person, lovely, friendly, helpful...even baked a pie for us and left a bottle of Cava in the fridge...thank you sooo much Eva, cant praise you enough!

This place was fantastic!
Liked: The house was spotless clean. It felt like we were the first people to have been inside-absolutely clean and tidy! It had a well stocked kitchen with stovetop, oven, and microwave. The location is perfect and so convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, and the caves. In all the years of traveling this house was the cleanest we have been in.
Disliked: The downstairs shower leaks a bit but the shower pressure and hot water were fantastic. The coffee maker was a bit difficult to use.

Ideal country retreat with ample opportunity for wine tasting
Liked: Very comfortable and renovated to an extremely high standard. Very clean and warm. The owner was amazingly friendly and helpful.
Lovely house and hostess
Liked: The service provided by the owner, Eva, was absolutely perfect.The house was very very clean. Right in the middle of the Old Town of Requena. I couldn't fault it even if I tried. The house was nice and warm, the beds comfortable, and there was no noise at all.
Disliked: Requena Old town streets are a bit narrow and it was difficult to get dinner before 9 pm.
