Fabulous
Good location I paid £71 for the night but I don’t think it’s worth a lot more than that price
Liked: Spacious bedroom and a good restaurant also had the breakfast which was included in the price which was reasonable
Disliked: WiFi was very poor and air conditioning did not work although I just slept with the window open
Saved us!
Liked: We got stranded in Reus airport and needed somewhere to stay at very short notice. The hotel was spotless and the staff very friendly, especially since we only booked the hotel just before midnight. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus as well.
Disliked: Nothing.
We will defo be back
Liked: Our room was massive very spacious, & clean. It was like a 2 bed apartment with a living room.
Disliked: Nothing
We enjoy it so much
Liked: The room space was insane and the bathroom too! 10min from Portaventura that’s perfect!
Disliked: We just noticed twice that we didn’t have hot water in the shower during our 2 nights but the problem wasn’t resolved…
Value for money
Liked: Great hotel.
Disliked: No specific comments. Just a recommendation: The thermostatically controlled tap of the shower is not clearly marked. That is to say it is not clear which knob is for operating the temperature, neither has it a marking for 37 degrees water temperature. In conclusion: this might cause serious injurry. Recommendation: provide marking signs on the tap.
Liked: Staff
Disliked: Not overly clean shower
