Liked: Owner or manager very friendly. Cozy place
A great view and a very unique city
Liked: Great place, comfortable room, very clean
Disliked: Small room, staff doesn't speak English, but that's basically a problem in Spain.
Riano is a place everyone should visit
Liked: very friendly.We did have an issue with the room but this was swiftly sorted and resolved. Fantastic views from the room and very comfortable bed.
Pleasant enough for a short stay
Liked: It was very central to the very small town and reservoir. Obi one of the members of staff spoke a little English and was friendly and entertaining and seemed a nice guy
Disliked: It wasn’t particularly clean and our room was directly above the kitchen which made it smell of the cooking and was noisy from extractors
Magical location
Liked: The location is fabulous. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake. The curtains were closed so you opened them up to the big reveal of the view. Absolutely glorious. Staff all very friendly in the bar in the afternoon and in the morning when we popped in for some breakfast.

Liked: The location was perfect, bed comfortable. The hotel is quirky, old and traditional. Lots of interesting things along the corridors, in the bar etc. It's a two star hotel, so don't expect anything other and you won't be disappointed.
Disliked: I noticed that the cleaner only carried clean sheets and towels on their trolley to change, however there was a wool blanket on the bed that was needed as the temperature drops at night, didn't seem to have any replacement toppers on the trolleys.. There was a very strong smell of air freshener in the bathroom which wasn't very nice, trying to mask other smells. We just kept the door closed but was too cold to keep the window open.
