Fabulous
Lovely flats for a more extended stay
Liked: Lovely, well equipped self catered flats, on the edge - walking distance - of Riaza. Reception were lovely (before arriving they even sent us information about events in the town during our stay) and we just about managed to communicate with my broken Spanish. Nice indoors pool, even large enough to swim laps, with a good outside lawn area.
Disliked: The whole complex seems to be geared more for longer stays than the few days we were there for. So, for example - you are asked to take your rubbish bags at the end to the bins at the entrance to the neighbourhood (though most people seem to leave them on the property). The main thing for us though was that - staying there in the middle of one of this summer's heat-waves, the upstairs could get unbearably hot, the fans weren't great, and the upstairs windows barely opened, and there was no airflow to cool it down over night. Hopefully that can be sorted in the future, as otherwise it really was a very comfortable stay.

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff always available to support on everything, apartment in good condition with everything working as expected and providing access to covered parking space which helped a lot on this time of the year. Late check-in wasn't a problem and ammenities provided on arrival included everything that you could imagine.
Disliked: When booking it was mentioned the existence of a interior pool that only after reservation I understood that wasn't available during this time of the year.
