  Liked: I liked thatbI got basically a single room, I was not expecting that when I was booking it.

  Disliked: I was not sure about the rooms safety at first as it didn't have a door but just a curtain, but it was fine since the other 2 people staying opposite me were girls I knew. Would have been less nice maybe with strangers. Shame that the big kitchen can be used only till 10pm, even if once would sit there quietly. I like then there is a common area where one can interact with other pilgrims if interested or just chill outside of the room.

  Liked: Good location in the middle of Ribadeo. Close to restaurants and a park. Variation of rooms and beds, one room has each bed separated by curtains.

  Disliked: I arrived an hour after check in started but there was no one there to check me in. I had to wait a while, but someone did come to check me in. The dryer doesn’t dry well, kept stopping and starting and took more than an hour to dry a few clothes. This is pretty much the only option for drying clothes because they will not dry on the clothing line indoors (no outdoor option). Mattress was very dirty.

  Cheap and clean hostel

  Liked: Good location, basic hostel, nicely set up dorms having separate cubicle-like spaces with locking cabinet and outlets for phone charging; shared kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes; showers even had some liquid soap.

  Disliked: The down side of central location is that it's noisy outside, and our bad luck there was a town fiesta raging until 4 am, not within the control of the hostel obviously.

  Felt like a prison

  Liked: Great location on the plaza close to shops and restaurants. Clean sheets.

  Disliked: Way too many beds packed into space. No place to sit and even put on your shoes. Not enough room for backpacks. No fixtures in showers for towels or toiletries. Booking should not promote a place that exploits people walking the Camino with limited sleeping options.

  Liked: The location was good

  Disliked: The guy at the reception was really unkind to explain the rules... I wouldn't like to have a guy like this working for me if i were the owner of a hostel... I didn't like the kitchen rules... - It closes really early 9pm, which doesn't make any sense because in the summer the sunset is at 11pm in Spain, everybody is awake - you can't cook after a certain hour.. ok, whatever.. but i couldn't even eat in silence and the reception guy was extremely rude to say this to me.. and even when i was talking to the boss he kept saying the same sentence like a robot and interrupting our conversation, which is extremely impolite The bathroom was not that clean.. and they don't provide towels (annoying) There was no bed shits The checkout is too early (9am)... I've never seen this before... If you can't, it doesn't compensate to pay even 15 euros for a bed.. it's better to sleep in a tent at a random place... HORRIBLE!!!! Luckily the guests were nice! And please FIRE the reception guy.. he's really impolite!
