Exceptional
Very enjoyable stay
Liked: The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. Great bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The views spectacular.

Liked: The angel in charge went out of her way to help me out in a way that goes above and beyond any service hotels provide and for that reason she deserves all the stars. She will not let a human stranded down. I was helped in a way i will not forget.

Disliked: For someone without a car it is quite a trek to town, and the dining/bar options at the hotel aren’t well suited for single people.
Exceptional hotel manager makes perfect small hotel stay
Liked: An exceptional, warm, friendly and professional host, Marifey makes you feel completely welcome and personally cared for in her beautifully run, clean, bright, small hotel. Fantastic views from swimming pool and bar area, and particularly top floor Superior rooms. Generous continental breakfast. Totally quiet at night. Comfortable beds. About 15 minute walk to the west (Marina) side of lovely resort Ribadesella down quiet back road (take immediate left by bus stop, take care crossing road at bottom to cross over small stone bridge Puente de Pilar, and then walk along Parque de Malecón by the back river). Restaurant and bar are a separate business from hotel, but again, extremely well run by attentive staff, and as a hotel guest you are made to feel very welcome. Excellent menu choices, amazing view.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect
Perfect spot to stay
Liked: A very warm welcome and a lovely, quiet place to stay overlooking the town. The view from the swimming pool alone was worth it. I had a great meal in the attached restaurant, although do check its opening times as it doesn’t serve every day. Breakfast was excellent: lots of choice and very generous.
We had a very relaxing stay and loved the views from our room
Liked: The view from our room was amazing. Room 9 has a view of the beach and the mountains. The location was just off the beat and path, quiet, clean and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, even the pillows were nice.
Disliked: I never did figure out how to work the air conditioner, although there was a nice breeze with the windows open and a fan was provided. My only other complaint was the lack of outlets in the room.
