  Convenient

  Liked: The location and size of the apartment was superb. Our family of 8 was able to stay very comfortably. The parking right in front was a great bonus. The beach is a few minute walk away. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Disliked: The return of the security deposit took a few weeks longer than what it should have, but it was deposited right away after we inquired about it.

  Cheap but not worth it

  Liked: Good value

  Disliked: Very basic. You have to give a €100 deposit that they keep for 14 working days, this is an extremely excessive amount of time for a deposit. Tried giving feedback and was just met with it's in our terms and conditions. Find them to be quite rude and abrupt in all communication.

  Beware of being deceived

  Disliked: Charging an extra 25 euros for a 1.5-hour delay. Even though the key was in the box, they said the code needed to be changed. Don't inform them if you're going to arrive late, otherwise you'll be deceived.

Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions:

You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment.

The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with.

The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date or your reservation will be canceled with charges. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.

Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a nonrefundable penalty of €40.

APARTMENT RULES:

1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment

2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces.

4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the

block.

5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than

those listed in the reservation (including visitors)

6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until

11:00)

7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.

8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.

9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool

nor beach)

Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
