Liked: We loved everything about this property. How secure it was and just a stone's throw away from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed, even items to take to the beach. The room had air conditioning or a light fan, depending on how you like to cool the room. We could see the beach from our window which was lovely. Rincon De La Victoria was a beautiful area and just a 10 - 15 minute bus ride into the centre of Malaga.
Disliked: The only thing I would have liked to have seen in the apartment would have been a smart TV so we could log into our own amazon or netflix accounts so that of an evening we could watch some UK tv as all tv was in spanish.
Enjoyable holiday in a perfect location
Liked: Nice clean apartment, close to the sea and all amenities. Had everything necessary for a great holiday.
Disliked: It states on the website that the apartment has a balcony. It doesn't have one. This is misleading and needs to be rectified.
Liked: The apartment is well-furnished and has almost everything you need. Only the water drains poorly in the shower. The location is fantastic, just a minute from the promenade. There are buses that take you directly to Malaga.
Disliked: The parking spaces within the apartment complex are very narrow and short. You have to park very close to the wall. If you come home late, you won't find a free space.

Liked: This was our second visit to this property this year and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is very well situated, close to the beach, the bars and restaurants and the Mercadona is across the street. Rincon is a wonderfully Spanish town close to Malaga and away from the tourist crowd. There is everything you need here for a great holiday and this apartment is perfect for any kind of stay here.
