Exceptional
ideal place in Spain
Liked: Beautiful modern apartment. Perfect location overlooking the beach also very quiet. I would live there forever. Excellent communication with the hosts
Lovely stay
Liked: Fantastic location, modern and well equiped apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great views from the balcony over the beach, deck chairs and umbrellas supplied to use on the beach were a nice touch.
Disliked: Would have been nice to have a full length mirror but otherwise all excellent.
Modern apartment, perfect location
Liked: The quality of the apartment and its location in Rincon de la Victoria were excellent. The view from the lounge led out to a very spacious balcony which faced directly towards the seafront. Supermarkets were a short distance from the apartment and nearby bus stops were at hand to take you in either direction towards Malaga or Torre del Mar. We had a couple of minor questions during our stay and so I telephoned "Lovely Rentals". Both matters were dealt with rapidly and efficiently. It's worth a mention that a travel ticket can be purchased for a small amount at local tobacconist shops. (It is in green plastic "Consorcio de Transporte Metropolitana Area of Malaga). It can be loaded with whatever amount of euros you decide upon. and can then be used on bus travel towards Malaga, thence from Malaga, by train, to other destinations along the coast, down as far as Fuengirola if you so wished to have a trip out for the day. The ticket reduces bus and train fares considerably. Just hold it over a pad to click as you enter the bus, or if by train click it on the platform before getting on and click again at the destination platform. Just bear in mind the ticket only covers certain areas within the Malaga zone. Out from Malaga to Rincon is okay but further on toward Torre del Mar you'd need to pay the fare on entry to the bus. Lovely apartment, would recommend!
Disliked: We did spend time on the balcony since most of our two weeks was sunny days. However, it was still very warm out there, even in January, and really is in need of some sort of shade being fitted. I would imagine it would be unbearably hot out there in the summer

Liked: Lovely modern apartment right on the seafront with a large terrace. Absolutely loved our stay.
Disliked: Needs some form of shade on the terrace, even in November it was very hot. We used some of the beach umbrellas but there were no stands for them…so worried they might get blown off. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay

Liked: The house has a great location, very close to the sea. It is spacious and has more than you might need for a holiday.
Disliked: The initial communication and directions were good, but when we arrived, we noticed that the cleanliness in some areas was poor. In addition, the condition of the pots and pans was very bad. Apart from this, we also sent a few questions and suggestions via message. For example, although we were staying for seven days, there were only two dishwasher tablets provided. Since in many other houses we stayed at these were always available, we weren’t sure whether they would provide more later or if this was simply not included. Another suggestion we made was about the coffee cups. The cups provided were almost 300 ml, which is far too large for espresso. We only mentioned this as a suggestion, but the response we received was not what we expected. They told us that they were not offering a hotel service, that everything included was clearly stated in the listing, and that the cups did fit under the coffee machine. We explained that we had stayed in many different houses before and were not expecting hotel service, but they still did nothing about the actual problems. For example, despite sending them photos of the pots and pans with completely scratched Teflon surfaces, they did nothing. They also showed little concern about the cleaning issues. As a result, during our 7-day stay we only used one pot to boil eggs and could not use the rest of the cookware. We also faced a serious issue with the washing machine. Although we set it to 30°C, it washed at around 50–60°C. Some of our clothes were damaged as a result. At first, we thought we had made a mistake with the settings, but during the second wash I checked the water and it was hot enough to burn my hand. I assume the machine was connected to the hot water line, which caused the problem. In conclusion, while the house itself and its location were very nice, communication and problem-solving were disappointing. What could have been a perfect stay was unfortunately overshadowed by these avoidable issues.
Amazing apartment!
Liked: Everything! Amazing apartment, gorgeous sea view. Clean, spacious, with everything needed. Smooth and clear self checkin and checkout. There are cafes, restaurants and shops around.
Disliked: Nothing. As a note: pillows were not very comfortable.
