Liked: The personnel got back in touch the next day to apologise for the situation
Disliked: Unfortunately this could have been just a miss understanding. It was close to midnight when we arrived at the location. The door would not unlock (through the app key we received). I tried calling the location but no answer. I called booking com and they tried calling the location too but they did not got any answer either. Eventually I cancelled the accommodation without even entering. I can understand that issues with the door can happen, but there should be someone answering the phone in case of emergencies
Liked: We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment. It was comfortable and convenient, perfectly equipped, and just a short walk from the sea and everything we needed. Communication with the support team was quick and helpful. We would be happy to return.

We loved this apartment
Liked: We liked the place so much. Perfect location, beach is 2 min away, food store is 2 min away, tennis court near the house. Perfect for big family, enough rooms.

Liked: Great view from the appartment and perfectly situated right by the beach, the promenade, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood feels really safe. Also perfect for families. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The couch was well used with broken headrests and it wasn't super clean.
Very nice place so close to the beach. Mind the parking rules!
Liked: We could see the see and walk directly to the beach. Having access to parking is nice. The staff was friendly and supportive. Enough room. Also really quiet.
Disliked: Better instructions for the parking would have been helpful. All spots under the building are privately owned. Even if you can’t see the sign (for instance because there is only one and it’s around the corner) people may have rather intensive reactions if you park in their spot. Also: I personally don’t mind (it can be fun, actually) but you should be fine with driving steep, narrow roads. But hey, it’s Malaga so everybody needs to figure that out anyway.
