  Disliked: Bed linen were dirty, air conditioner didn’t work, they don’t provide hand soap not to mention other things. But I think hand soap was bare minimum to expect. They say you have to take out the garbage yourself, if not they will charge you. So you pay a lot just to clean up and bring hand soap with you, hilarious.

  Modern, comfortable, new

  Liked: The super comfy sofabed was a real bonus to our daughters. It is a real bed that you bring down from the wall. We loved the airco, the location, the cleanliness and it seemed very new.

  Disliked: The first night we found out too late that we didn’t have any sheets/pillowcases for the sofabed. So we had to improvise that first night, which was a shame. The next day we received it.

We’d like to inform you of some important details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP:

It is essential to have WhatsApp, as it is our main means of communication. Through this app, we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.

ONLINE CHECK-IN:

This process is quick and easy. It includes:

– Filling in the details of all occupants

– Paying any remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.)

– Signing the digital contract

By completing the online check-in, you authorize our agency to charge the damage deposit to your credit card in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will only be made if damages occur and will appear on the damages invoice.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

– Tourist tax: €1.93 per person, per night

– Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay

CHECK-IN TIME: from 15:00 to 22:00

CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00

VIRTUAL KEYS:

Our apartments are equipped with an automatic entry and exit system using a link or PIN code.

Virtual keys will be sent at 08:00 on the day of your arrival, provided the online check-in has been completed.

INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA:

It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that mobile data roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, as the electronic entry system is activated via a link you will receive on WhatsApp.
