  Enjoyable

  Liked: Excellent position. Comfortable bed

  Disliked: Bed not made up on our arrival. We had to make it ourselved. Kichen equipment not up to standard. No kettle and no other way to make coffee other than with pods. Knives not Sharp

  would book again in general:) very good stay

  Liked: great location, wonderful view and easy parking and general access, stores nearby and the best bakery just downstairs

  Great stay in superb location....one or two minor issues...but overall good value

  Liked: Great location near beach and restaurants with superb view out to sea. Large balcony with table and chairs ideal for eating al fresco. Very clean and kitchen reasonably well equipped. Plenty of hot water and good supply to shower.

  Disliked: Sofa uncomfy, shower cubicle small and bed too firm.

  The location and vista outweighs the negatives

  Liked: It’s a brilliant location with beautiful outlook over the beach, which is the reason we have rented for the past three years! Despite the shortcomings mentioned below, we would return simply based on location alone, because we only spend minimum time in it to sleep and eat out every evening!

  Disliked: We had an end apartment this time which unlike the middle/centre apartments had a much smaller shower. Unfortunately this was too small for our particular needs, as we have to bring with us a stool to sit on whilst showering due to mobility issues. The bedroom was affected by noise from the outside metal steps, when people were coming and going late at nightly and early in the mornings! The apartment itself was really in need of re-decoration. It lacked a kettle, and toaster always burnt the bread, so was dangerous to use, as we couldn’t adjust the temperature knob!The TV didn’t work ( even after a new remote was sent, after we reported it was not working on arrival) it then only worked for 1 day! The internet connection was very intermittent. The outside path around building is somewhat uneven and lacks lighting, so can be particularly problematic at night. There is a low overhead corner of the lower floor apartment as you walk around the outside, which should have some sort of safety feature indicating the need for caution, especially at night! Likewise the low overhead ceiling of the door into the laundry room!

WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION: WhatsApp is essential, as it is our primary means of contact. We will send you the link to complete the online check-in via this app.

ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract.

By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the security deposit to your credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be added to the invoice for damages caused.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay.

ARRIVAL TIME: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Until 10:00 AM.

VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system via a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed.

INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are arriving from abroad, as the electronic system is activated through a link you will receive via WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
