Fabulous
Great location but rather tired and a bit grubby
Liked: Great location overlooking one of the canals. Good and plentiful parking outside the apartment block.
Disliked: The property was not very clean and was generally tired. For example: dirty terrace with a box of junk in the corner, rusty bin in the bathroom, stained grout in the shower, dirt in the corners of the bathroom, greasy light switches and a rusty clothes drier which would have left rust stains on our clothes if we had used it. The flush for the loo was not working properly when we arrived and shortly afterwards it got worse - this was mended very quickly, though, after we contacted the owners. The promised bottle of champagne was not left for us, although a bottle was delivered in the week after when we questioned this. This apartment is in such a lovely location and could be superb with more care and some upgrades and replacements.
Liked: location
Disliked: bed was small
Good
Liked: The location is good, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and cafes.
Disliked: Additionally, the cleanliness was disappointing. We found dark hair on the bedsheets, and there was dusty. Retrieving the key was inconvenient. The room itself felt cramped for 4 people. Only for 1 or 2 guests. I ended up sleeping on the sofa, which was quite uncomfortable due to its rigid metal parts, and when the sofa bed was opened, it blocked access to the balcony. Lastly, we were promised a bottle of cava, but it was never delivered.
