Exceptional
Overall very good and helpful staff facilitated early check in. Having to bring chairs to the pool a bit inconvenient
Liked: Location and Balcony
Disliked: Having to carry sunbeds to the pool. Disposal of waste inconvenient. Had to request replacement items such as washing up liquid / toilet roll not normally replaced etc. Original supply insufficient
Greatness
Liked: Great welcome and help by reception staff. Nice underground parking. Big, luxurious and very clean apartment. The extra blinds on the windows were great. Washing machine available. Perfect location for peace yet proximity to the boulevard and beach.
Disliked: That we only booked for three nights.;)
Liked: The location is simply perfect. It's one minute walk from the beach, the balcony offers a wonderful sea view. About 15 minutes relaxed walk from the most busy part of Roses, but also far from the less nice western end of the promenade. There is a big parking just in front of the building (free off-season), which can be used by your guests or even yourself (underground parking of the appartment is a bit of a mess). Apart from the unfortunate bedroom layout and lack of hangers at the entrance, and appartment is quite comfy and reasonably equipped. Washing machine was helpful. A bit too few dishes and cutlery, but passable, considering there is a dishwasher and you have to buy a lot of tablets for it anyway. It's very nice that a cleaning set is provided, including one washing machine capsule (was enough for us for one week). The appartment and linen was clean (except we discovered ants in the guest bathroom). Internet worked well. Beds were very confortable. Both kids and parents noticed it. We requested ergonomic pillows, which were not provided, but a few extra pillows were, and one of them worked fine. Thanks for this small detail! Despite being right next to the promenade and the sea, the place was very quiet, at least at the end of April.
Disliked: The biggest issue was the layout of the appartment. There are two rooms. One is bigger and has a bigger and better equipped ensuite bathroom, with a bath and a shelf around the sink. It would be perfect for the parents, but it has two separate beds. The second room has a double bed, making it unusable for some kids, so it's a natural choice for parents. However this room is tiny (so tiny that only one person gets a bedside table and lamp). There is almost no space for clothing, a suitcase doesn't fit in this room. It doesn't have its own bathroom but a separate "guest" bathroom, with a shower and toilet, can be used. The issue is that this bathroom is as tiny as the room: there is no shelf around the sink, there is no space to put any belongings if they cannot be hung on a towel rack. The only surface we could use as a shelf was where the toilet flush button was located, so we had to lift our stuff each time to flush a toilet. I think these issues can be trivially solved by moving the two beds into the small room and putting the bedside cabinet between them. Then each bed can get a lamp, and the rest can be left as is. Parents will get another room and enough storage, both in the room and in the bathroom. Ants in the bathroom. Zero space to put shoes or jackets. Very-very-very basic coffee machine. Parking is a challenge. It's very tight, and requires a bit of driving underground. Not for weak-hearted, not for big cars. Finding your way to the right parking spot is not easy. Recommendation: walk the whole way from the street to the parking spot by foot before trying to drive it. Unloading the car and getting heavy luggage to the lift is quite inconvenient. It's even worse getting back to the car. The lady at the reception was unable to explain to us clearly how to drive to the appartment, where to park the car and why we needed so many keys. We were given a lot of keys, but only one set of them (too little for 4 people).
Super good place to stay in Roses!
Liked: very comfortable, big apartaments, equipped with evereything we needed, excellent location, parking included
Disliked: * pool area looks like Sahara desert in July (the grass) and there are no sunbeds

More than expected!
Liked: The room was clean. The rooms as in the picture. Frying pan and the rest kitchen things were in a very good condition. Everything works pretty well. Showers and hot water. All great. No noise from outside. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Very friendly staff. Thank you i was a little afraid of traveling so far (from London) by car but everything was great.
Disliked: On the beach showers did not work. So you have to walk and your feet in sand.
