Exceptional
Not what we expected
Liked: The property has a nice view and it was well located. Facilities were clean and the unit is very bright.
Disliked: When we arrived, beds were not made, there was no toilet paper or towels, but the host fixed it. Then there was a huge issue with the wifi, which the host knew upfront but didn't informed us. He tried to send technicians to fix it, but we needed to block hours from our busy schedule and it was not possible. The host didn't apologize, was not replying fast and was informed that two people had to buy internet packages but didn't say anything. He seemed very nice at the beginning, but after, he was not responsive or his answers were very dismisive. We expected a higher level of care from him.
