  Really comfortable

  Liked: Location, breakfast & bed very good, fantastic food in restaurant when it was open. Lovely staff.

  Disliked: If I am going to nit-pick, room could do with a deep clean, and a coffee machine or similar in rooms as standard would be good. I was provided with a kettle on request so appreciated that.

  Ideal place to stay in Empuriabrava

  Liked: It is a very nice hotel and in a great location. We really enjoyed it. The swimming pool area is just great. It is a perfect for a 2-3 night visit to Expuriabrava

  Disliked: The staff can be slow and rude. The behaviour of one of the ladies at the front desk is not acceptable, you don't shout to your guests

  Liked: Nice sized clean rooms. All staff were helpful and very pleasant

  Disliked: Unfortunately, as nice as it looks the hotel is tired. It has recently been taken over so hopefully improvements will be made. Excellent location

  Confused as to how this hotel gained 4☆ status????

  Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, clean, waited quite a while when asked for bread to be restocked, and almost finished our breakfast by the time it came.

  Disliked: Room was very small and dated, 80's style! Dark blue tiles, on floor and walls. Old hand painted furniture. Shower curtain in bath, too long, trip hazard. Hairdryer very outdated. Never thought you would get a double bed and a shower curtain in this day and age in a 4☆ hotel?? In our opinion not a 4 ☆ quality hotel, in the room we had, needs updating. Double glazing did not keep out the street noise.Other than that, 4☆ areas were reception, dining room, pool area and Noray restaurant.

  Central location but hotel needs an update and a clean

  Liked: Great location for exploring Empuriabrava. The pool is lovely and the room with a balcony was a good size.

  Disliked: The room was really dirty, especially the bathroom, with hair and dust everywhere. Some of fixtures in the room were damaged, for example the curtains had holes in them. The breakfast - especially the coffee - was disappointing.

The property’s reception is open 24 hours

Tourist tax will be requested upon your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, it will never be charged as part of the reservation total, nor before arrival.

The baby kit is suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg. It is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged 6 months and older. Extra charges apply from EUR 35.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 20 per pet per day.
