Exceptional
Wonderful Stay, Beach Front
Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff, concierge, and security were nice and helpful, very quick to answer. The hotel has a direct access to the beach. All facilities were clean. The breakfast was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better stay really! Highly recommend staying at this hotel!
A very relaxing vacation in the very best hotel in Roses
Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Great variety. Very fresh produce.
Disliked: Some of the staff were excellent, whilst with others it felt as we were an annoyance. We also had the same feeling about many of the shop floor staff in the town - not very welcoming of tourists.
Marvellous stay, super nice waiters [ NICK] and will try and stay there again, next year, this time
Liked: we had a super time, great stay, beautiful views and super breakfasts, loved being on the beach with free towels
Disliked: More space in the TV room to watch the FIFA cup final!

Dated hotel but close to the centre of Roses
Liked: The location is really close to the main beach and town centre of Roses. There’s free parking across the road.
Disliked: First impressions of the hotel and lobby were fine but it’s obvious that the hotel is quite dated once you see the rooms and the pool area. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, especially regarding the underground car park which is absolutely tiny. The pool is small and busy, and shuts around 6pm due to the in house restaurant which overlooks it (and was fully booked both nights we were there). The sun loungers are overlooked by everyone walking past the hotel along the beach.
Everything was great! Front desk welcoming, room was great, breakfast delicious and location perfect
Liked: Everything was wonderful - this was our second visit to the hotel and we will certainly be there again!
Disliked: Ladies at the front desk told us we were going to be charged 40 Euros for not being able to find our towel tickets... they never mentioned this charge when checking in and it seemed very expensive. Luckily we found the tickets in our room and we weren't charged.
