Worst experience ever with the Administrator WELCS
Liked: Location and the apartment is good. Cleaning staff also very friendly.
Disliked: The administrator WELCS is the worst. Ask you 250€ of deposit. Sends you tons of confusing emails and links to fill a bunch of stuff. A lot of misleading information. Needed parking space. I got a message that was free. The lady in their office was totally rude and unprepared and tried to charge me 15€ peer day for the parking, did not even know how I should proceed to the place. My family was cooking in the car double parked for a long time and she could not give me any information without take a long time calling other people. Terrible experience. I hope I never cross with this company again.

Liked: great location right next to the beach, enclosed area and playground for children.
Disliked: paid parking even though the apartments are not rented and it is completely empty (december). There is free parking on the street in front of the building.
