Exceptional
Liked: Great location with fantastic views. I paid for a balcony with pool views and had an excellent view of the sea and Cadiz. Beautiful sunsets from top terrace too. Comfortable beds and a good sized room. Breakfast was lovely with freshly cooked omelette and pancakes.
Disliked: On the booking it said the outdoor pool was 'seasonal' I stayed in mid October when the temperature was 27 degrees and the pool was closed until May. So it may be worth checking with the hotel if you are staying between these dates as it wasn't made clear on the booking and the pool is a main feature of the hotel. Staff were polite about it but it was disappointing.

Liked: Great location In city center. NO FREE PARKING..PAY TO PARK AT HOTEL. Beach front. Room View if selected.
Disliked: OVERPRICED!! It does not meet all the hype and talk from locals. It is basically a 3 star hotel on beach. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together. Only one overpriced mediocre restaurant in hotel. Pay for parking. No near street parking. FRONT entrance is tiny, might fit 2 cars to unload. Yes you will block street. Nothing is free, even pool towels you have to give 10 euro deposit for one towel. Due to high theft I guess. Life guard seemed annoyed we were at pool, only us, so he had to be there, he really wanted to go back in and watch his videos.. I would save your money and stay at cheaper hotel..there is many...and all walking distance to everything. Not worth the cost. YES I HAVE STAYED AT FIVE STAR HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD.

Liked: The room was on the third floor, with balconies on 2 sides, giving fantastic views of Cadiz Bay and the Playa La Costilla. Some of the best sunsets we have experienced! Very good hot and cold breakfast selection and bar service Superb pool and terrace area Location ideal and close to bars and restaurants, shops and the harbour It was our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we had a bottle of complimentary fizz in our room Huge bathroom!
Disliked: Garden maintenance was done during breakfast service one day - it was extremely noisy!! There was a beach clear up going on because of a build up of
Liked: Everything there was nothing to dislike, the staff location the hotel it had it all and a stunning pool
Disliked: Nothing to dislike we would book time and time again
This was not our first stay and will not be our last
Liked: I liked everything about the property. Staff were friendly, helpful and engaging. The room was vey comfortable, clean and provided all necessities.
