  Liked: The pool area was lovely,very peacful and easy to get sunbed.The staf were excellent and friendly even ro the point of bringing yur drink to yur sunbed if needed.It was exceptionally clean and in excelkebt location.Stayed in the Oassium.

  Disliked: 1.Dinner could have bern betterwhat,I mean maybe for meats for salad,chicken etc.Also the meats were only ok.Fab breakfast,and salads at night were excellent. 2.Entertainment at night,a bit poor.Singers would keep people entertained more at night.A few good nights that was in.Estival2.

  Great spot, Clean good buffet but terrible rules

  Liked: Close to Beach and Adults only the breakfast was good also

  Disliked: Had to wear an arm band for 5 days like a hospital patient showing what hotel we were in. My friends were staying at another hotel and were not allowed up into our room for coffee, wine or a catch up we had to go to there’s, eventually after a few days of pleading they were allowed to purchase the buffet and come in but still not allowed into room. Felt like a prison, this was in the morning hours also.

  A most enjoyable stay

  Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed being able to access the spa facilities. Our room was spacious, and the fridge and tea making was useful. The breakfast had a very varied choice of items. The beach was only a few moments away.

  Disliked: The first room we were given was tucked away, with no view, and the constant sound of the paddle ball court. We asked if we could change room, and they gave us a much nicer room. The evening buffet was okay, but could have been better. There was a sign warning that sunbeds couldn't be reserved but this was not observed. The large sunbeds were always taken early in the morning.

  Local management and “booking” were NOT communicating

  Liked: Booking dot com did not post the correct local phone number.

  Disliked: The local staff blamed the lack of communication on the third party vendor, booking. Booking attempted to coordinate a reply to a request but actually did nothing the morning of check-in which caused confusion. Booking website’s communications link was off line for a long time. Unable to coordinated correction to reservation.
