  Brilliant

  Liked: I have been travelling to this hotel for years I like every part of it that’s why I keep going back the spa is great the rooms are great and easy to get to parking is easy I will keep going to this hotel

  Disliked: Breakfast needs to be better no beans no tea that I like but coffee great come on chef get the beans

  Liked: The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

  Disliked: It was my wedding day and had included this in the reservation. It would have been nice as a gesture to have some rose petals in the room when we arrived or something special to mark the occasion considering it's a 4 star hotel.

  Liked: We only stayed here as my sister's property is 5 mins walk

  Disliked: The pool area was definitely the worst I've seen, could have made it so much better, not inviting at all. Everywhere looks tired, definitely not worthy of 4☆

  We had a nice relaxing stay

  Liked: The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.The bathroom was large and both the room and bathroom were cleaned to a high standard.The dinner was good with a lot of choice,but the food could have been hotter.We enjoyed the complementary wine with our meal.Breakfast was nice with a lot of options.Indoor thermal spa was nice.

  Disliked: Would have liked a hospitality tray in the room.Outdoor pool area could do with some updating.

  Really nice hotel, great location, price & breakfast

  Liked: Clean, tidy, nice pool and vibe, nice spa, breakfast was also good with a varied choice. Good location.

  Disliked: I feel like a hotel like this should have coffee and tea facilities in the room at least. Plastic Sunbeds - Lots of the beds were broken Other than these things everything was good
