  Convenient hotel largely suitable for business people

  Liked: Location. Closeness to motorway. Excellent, spacious car park in basement.

  Disliked: Characterless rooms often a bit shabby in need of maintenance. Bed that kept moving on its wheels! Hard pillows.

  Great location, cleanliness, and staff, but let down by terrible Wi-Fi, no room kettle, and poor value for the pet fee

  Liked: Convenient location, very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff.

  Disliked: Extremely poor Wi-Fi quality that constantly dropped. No kettle in the room, which was very inconvenient as my child was sick and I had to keep going back and forth to ask for hot water. We travelled with a dog and paid over €40 extra for 2 nights, but unlike other pet-friendly hotels that provide a welcome package (treats, toys, bowls, or waste bags), here we received nothing for that extra fee. Also, having a bottle opener chained to the wall felt a bit cheap.

  Great Value, Comfortable, Building Needs Some Maintenance

  Liked: The building is modern and comfortable. The rooms have clean lines and simple furniture, no art, no frills, but still everything you might need like USB ports and a refrigerator and good linens. The room we ended up with was lovely with great water pressure and hot water in the shower. The front desk people were outstanding and kind.

  Disliked: The building needs some maintenance. When you first walk in there are public toilets on the right with the door open and a slight sewage smell. It's a rough way to start! Our first room reeked of smoke, so we had to change rooms. Our second room had an air-conditioner drain leak so there was water dripping all over the floor. The front desk was very kind and amenable and they gave us a very nice extra-large room for all the trouble, and it was great! It was a little dark, but I don't mind that at all. Note that you cannot turn the AC below 21º, so if you like a colder room you'll have to wait for the winter. Indoor secured parking was €13 but we found ample street parking across the street and it was fine for our purposes. There's not a lot to eat in the area (Foster's Hollywood is around the corner) but we we liked Cafe Maria for an authentic Spanish meal. You'll need a car to get to the beaches or Gibraltar, but it's only about 20 minutes away.

  Welcoming hotel and well situated to go exploring southern Spain

  Liked: The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Rooms were really comfortable and well equipped.

  Disliked: Only minor being not the greatest looking location, depending on what you want I guess. Very useful with being just off the motorway and having a multiplex just round the corner. For the price and everything else it was well worth it.

  Liked: Very comfortable bed Minutes walk away from stores, restaurants, groceries Friendly staff Close to main highway (but quiet) for connecting to other cities

  Disliked: Not really a negative but be aware it is located in the commercial area of the city. Very convenient for business and shopping. But not in the main center of the city. In my view more a business hotel or pass by. Not a romantic area.

Good to know

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of €25 per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

We want your stay to feel just right. As a standard, your room will be cleaned after every fourth night. If you'd prefer it to be cleaned during a shorter stay, just let reception know by 9 pm, and we’ll gladly arrange it for the next day.
