  Lovely room in a lovely town. Sorry we were unable to manage the required communication

  Liked: Lovely room with plenty of ventilation. Good bathroom with a powerful shower. Good breakfast, though it was not clear if the extras on the counter, eg yoghurts and fruit were there to take, or simply on display. The proprietor disappeared during breakfast, and subsequent diners seemed to operate on a help-yourself basis. We also unsure where to leave the room key when we departed.

  Disliked: We arrived during the agreed hour, but could not find anyone to speak to, eventually being helped by local restaurant owners who contacted the proprietor for us. Perhaps Booking.Com need to make clear to customers when a property does not have personnel on the premises and that instructions on how to enter one's room are communicated by WhatsApp in Spanish. I fully appreciate this is no problem to younger travellers....

  Great accommodation

  Liked: Very nice cosy room. Interior windows only but that kind of made the room cool and quiet which I prefer. Super clean room and toilet. It would benefit from a couple of hooks for the shower towels. Breakfast was basic but nice and more than adequate. I would definitely recommend it.

  Disliked: A couple of hooks for towels would be helpful. Somewhere to put them after a shower.
