  Rooms different than advertised, App dirty, Mouldy bathroom & washing machine, bad customer service

  Disliked: The Hidden Costs They charged full cost 2 weeks before arrival and week before they started to charge additional fees which were not mentioned during the booking. We had no longer option to cancel with refund as they smartly started charging more after you cannot proceed with the cancellation. We were charged additionally for deposit, child, dog (refunded as dog stayed home). The Arrival At the arrival the code provided via WhatsApp for the lock to acquire the keys didn't work. It took us over an hour to get into the apartment after the multiple phone calls. My wife tried to reach out to them (while I was looking for parking) via generic phone number provided in the documents they sent us, but no response. Eventually I was able to reach the lady via different phone number she contacted me with and she directed us to the cleaning storage where all the keys were locked. Moreover, the main lock (with some other keys) outside (on the street) was completely open - not secure at all. The Rooms The apartments didn't look like advertised and didn't have windows in the rooms to outside - they had windows but into corridor of the building, only 1 main window/balcony was facing outside. First app we got (without balcony) had a terrible view into some dirty courtyard. The initial 2bed app also had a stairs going down to the main bedroom, which was very impractical having a small child and pregnant wife, so we asked to change the same evening of the arrival. We got downgraded to smaller app after 2 nights, but at least without stairs and with balcony facing the street. The Cleanliness The washing machine (what was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation as a family with child) was very mouldy and despite they cleaned it, it still remained mouldy - we washed in common washings instead. The bathrooms had big amount of mould too + app not clean. After the review was published they contacted us via WP that we are bad people for submitting honest review.

  A perfect stay in a great location, we’ll definitely come back!

  Liked: Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious and comfortable for five people, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town centre, the beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. This was our second time staying here, and we’ll definitely be back!

  Liked: Everything was great and our stay was very comfortable. The veranda was lovely, the kitchen was excellent and very well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment is ideal in terms of both facilities and location. We would be happy to stay here again.

  SCAM..Deposit stolen. No evidence. No response. Avoid

  Disliked: Host withheld my full €200 deposit and then went silent. The facts: I sent 12 photos at checkout proving the apartment was left spotless Host claimed we left Cola Cao stains requiring full repainting — based on a photo (attached) showing tiny splatter marks any wet cloth would remove I requested a video showing they attempted to clean before claiming repainting — they refused and stopped responding During the stay they tried to charge €84.75 extra for my 3-year-old child, confirmed in writing they would waive it, then tried to use it against me when I disputed the deposit I filed a formal dispute with Booking.com with full documentation No response. No video. No deposit returned. i also attached the whatsapp communication. This host takes your deposit and ghosts you. Document absolutely everything if you stay here.
