I have used Booking many times -this experience ruined 4 people's holiday

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The owner harassed me on the phone to pay the deposit that she wanted in cash -I facilitated her and had cash and she and her son and daughter arrived to the apartment and then she demanded my passport and the money by paypal only, even though I had cash for her as requested. She threatened repeatedly that we must leave and that she was calling the police to remove me and my 3 children. Then after paying by paypal she had cut off the airconditioning and the wifi and TV and surprise surprise she lied about the damage we had not done and did not return our deposit. The whole experience was AWFUL. I strongly advise NO ONE to rent form this female -she ruined my holiday and ruined the children's holiday.Never expect your deposit back I scrubbed and cleaned the appartment and had everything perfect -it was way over priced and being threatenbed and harassed by her on the phone and by her children was absolutely awful

Amazing host, beautiful apartment, perfect location

Liked: This is the perfect spot for someone looking to be 5min walking from eating and shopping along the main city street, yet still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood tranquility. You can relax in one of the many parks situated only meters from the front gate, or walk to the beach front in less than 15min. The apartment was spotless, equipped with everything we needed, two large bathrooms that were also extremely clean and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The host is communicative and proactive, if there was an issue or question, we did not have to worry at all. Truly a relaxing experience.

Disliked: Not a problem with the host or apartment that I can comment on. For those like ourselves who are prone to being easily overheated indoors, the natural sunlight coming through all the large windows will quickly warm up the place (28C). A "problem" that is easily managed with A/C or cool air through an open window.
