Nice appartment but needs some small improvements

Liked: The location is very good, close to the boulevard and the beach. The house has good facilities: a complete kitchen and everything you need, also like a washing machine and drying rack. The owners are quick to reply to requests, we asked for a cot and a high chair for our toddler and these were quickly provided. The area itself is quiet/calm however the neighbours were loud.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the place wasn't great, the bathroom downstairs was smelly. Also the appartment wasn't as light as it appears in the pictures. The neighbours were noisy. If you are staying with a small child or children the appartment could be more safe (like the stairs are very unsafe for small children).
