Liked: Being moved to a decent apartment.

Disliked: Fridge didn't work, boiler leaked, coffee maker broken, taps were badly fitted, ac remote flat, toilet jammed, blinds that didn't shut out light, door has to be pulled hard to lock it, bedding inadequate. Communication with the letting agent non existent, many emails ignored. Finally moved to another apartment on the top floor which was much better but more expensive. Letting agent said he would organize all repairs but on leaving 8 days later I noticed nothing had been done.
