Is saving some money worth the disappointment?

Liked: The room was overall clean. The hotel is located right at the sea side.

Disliked: The hote rooml didn't match the pictures. It is mentioned that you can speak English and German to the personnel but they only speak Spanish which makes communication impossible if there's an issue. The smell of beer was everywhere. We arrived with the dog and had to pay extra costs (which is normal), but we were charged for the dog more than for two people staying in it. The sound isolation is really bad, you can't relax there and have some quiet time. There is no warm water in the hotel so you can't take shower.
