  Our stay was nice, the check-in information and communication was nonexistent! The pool is at the hotel and not on sigh

  Liked: The property was lovely. It is spacious and has a great deck and easy access to the beach and restaurants.

  Disliked: The management was not responsive and did not respond with arrival instructions, we inquired the day prior to arrival and no one responded for 4 days! Apparently the property is managed by a hotel 4 blocks away, which is also where the parking is. We had the address but no instructions or access information. We spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to check in and access the unit. Finally the restaurant owner below the building told us to check at the hotel. It was very disorganized and frustrating. The unit is nice but the add says a pool but it is not onsite, instead at the hotel. There is a moldy smell in the stairway and interior building.

  Superb

  Liked: Spacious, well equipped apartment. Close to nice beach, good both for sunbath and swimming in the see. There is even a rental point for paddle boards and boats.

  Disliked: The hotel's swimming pool is located in the narrow restaurant and bar area so not very useful. Fortunately the great beach and see compensate that.

  Disliked: We had planned this trip in advance and were eagerly looking forward to it. Initially, we considered staying at another hotel, but the attractive photos of Barcarola Apartments convinced us to choose that establishment. However, upon arrival, we felt deceived and defrauded, as the actual accommodations were drastically different from what was advertised in the photos. This significant discrepancy between expectation and reality has left us feeling cheated. 1. What was promised: • A balcony with a sea view • A bright, spacious apartment with lots of natural light • Parquet flooring What we got: • A ground floor apartment with no balcony • A living room window that opens to a communal area, making us feel unsafe and lacking privacy • A dark apartment • Cold tile flooring, making the place feel chilly and unwelcoming 2. What we expected: • A common pool in the same building What we got: • The pool is in a different building, more than 10 minutes away, and we weren’t informed about this beforehand When we brought these issues to the reception staff, they were indifferent, offering no solutions.
