  Well worth the money, excellent location and amazing owners

  Liked: Calendula Hotel and Apartments was a lovely base in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The location is excellent: just a few minutes on foot from the promenade and the town centre, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small and cozy, but beautifully maintained, and the facilities were thoughtfully designed and well looked after. The hotel runs on a self-service system, but the owners are always on hand. When we got back at 1 or 2 a.m. and couldn't get our door pin to work, they happily reset it for us and made sure we were looked after. That kind of care really stood out. It has everything you need, whether you're staying a couple of nights or a longer stretch.

  Nice place, excellent location but a little confused to go inside

  Liked: We like the location and the room was good.

  Disliked: The property is so confused and complicated to go in. We didnt know if we go upstairs or downstairs. One night, the elevator was damage and we didnt know how can we get in the room:( we have to wait until somebody open the exit door from inside to get to the hotel.

  Tiny room at a great location

  Liked: Great location, comfortable bed, clean

  Disliked: Room is very small, I mean really really small. There is a very unpleasant odor (like humidity) when you enter the lobby. We paid a little more to get a balcony and that wasn't really a balcony, don't bother to upgrade (see photo). More than a hotel it feels like you are renting a room in a building.

  Very good spot for exploring Sant Feliu

  Liked: The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Town and Beach. Our room had great Air Con, very good Shower and a very comfortable Bed, what more do you need.

  Disliked: The Room was a little on the small side, but that didn't take away from all the plus points. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

  Great value for money, would go back

  Liked: Everything looks modern and clean. In the room there was soap, shampoo, conditioner. Nice bath room. Aircon worked great and was on before we arrived. Was very happy with the top floor room. Free lockers available after check out! Nice terrace. Location is amazing next to the beach!!

  Disliked: Did hear the neighbors coming home at 3AM, luckily they went to bed asap, it could have been worse depending on people
