  Liked: We loved this apartment! My partner kept saying he'd gladly live there. There is a lot of natural light which is nice, and you can also close the window blinds to not see any light, should you want to. The apartment is very comfortable and nice and has pretty much everything you might need, also a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Comfy beds, spacious closets. The kids play area is definitely a lovely bonus for anyone traveling with children. Our 6-year-old loved it. The area is quiet so in the evening there is no noise or traffic.

  Disliked: The biggest minus is that all appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, vacuum..) seem to have seen close to zero maintenance and were all filthy and/or smelling, some even rusty or moldy, which is a shame, because they are clearly rather new. Guests and also the cleaners should be informed to leave the doors of the washing machine and the dryer and also the dishwasher open to avoid bad smell and mold. We found all of them closed, who knows since when. The dryer's water tank was full to the brim and the filters hadn't been cleaned since a very long time, if ever, considering the amount of dust there was. While the bed was comfortable, the synthetic linens were not. One bathroom's vent was not working. Something we think would have been nice to find in the kitchen: the basic spices (even just salt, sugar, pepper and oil) for cooking. Cleaning in some areas could be better.

  Exceptional

  Liked: It was a great time. In 42 days the apartment became our home. The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay and even more than we needed. Our 4-year-old daughter was happy with the many toys and the comfortable children's bed in a separate room. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the windows on both sides. There are 3 large shops nearby (one of which is open 7 days a week and until late). There are many cafes and restaurants around. Las Teresitas beach is 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to Amanda, Belinda and other workers who super quickly resolved any problems that arose and were always in touch.

  Phenomenal apartment for children

  Liked: Beautiful cool apartment Hot water good water pressure Comfortable beds Sparkling clean Lots of great toys age appropriate for baby through primary school. Brilliant for children. Really appreciated the potty and child kitchen with utensils our one year old absolutely loved it. Loads of child appropriate dishes and bowls and cups made life much much easier. Location less than five minutes from a great plaza with children's park and lovely cafes. I needed to get some work done whilst on holiday, there was good WiFi, quiet calm good work space. Easy walking distance to Santa Cruz Less than 5 minutes to lots of small supermarkets, cafes, bars, the sea, children's park etc

  Disliked: Nil. This apartment was the best part about the holiday. Many thanks.

  A great apartment in a great location

  Liked: The property is located in a quiet, good-quality area near the seafront. There are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets a short walk away but on another street so there is no noise at night. The eastern end of the city is a 15-minute walk away or can be accessed by using buses that pass along the seafront. There is also free street parking and we usually found a space in a nearby off-street car park. So this was a good base from which to explore the city and to do longer trips out by car. It's a good-quality, modern apartment, and is well-equipped. The communication with the management team was always very good. When we noticed a door handle needed repair they sent a technician promptly. There is a lift but if you feel like some exercise you can walk up lots of stairs to reach the apartment as it's near the top.

  Disliked: There is nothing bad to report about this place really.

  A lovely, spacious, modern apartment within walking distance to the main town

  Liked: A very modern, spacious and well equipped apartment. For four adults, it was very comfortable, we very much enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: A double or two twin beds in the second room would have been nice/preferable but was not a problem.
