Disliked: There was absolutely nothing not to like...
Large and comfortable apartment, superb location
Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the city, near the tram. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Large and comfortable apartment with somewhat obstructed but still lovely views of the city and surrounding ocean and mountains. Friendly and efficient owner.
Disliked: We appreciated having a capsule for the dishwasher. We missed not having capsules for the washing machine and coffee machine. Also no paper towels in the kitchen.

Liked: High-End Finish: Exceptional value for the size; the apartment is stylishly decorated and feels very cozy. • Superior Comfort: Features very wide, comfortable beds that ensure a great night's sleep. • Atmosphere: The interior design shows great taste and creates a welcoming "home away from home" vibe.
Disliked: • Missing Essentials: While there was a coffee machine, no coffee or tea was provided. • Connectivity & Parking: The internet connection was slow, and the lack of dedicated parking can be a challenge. • Maintenance Issues: The light in the hallway mirror was broken, and the decorative blankets were pilled/worn out, which was a bit off-putting. • Limited Laundry: A washing machine is available, but there is no dryer (or drying rack) provided. • Scent Sensitivity: The provided body wash has a very intense fragrance that might not be for everyone.

Convenient location for a stay in Santa Cruz
Liked: Convenient for shops, restaurants and the tram. Spacious for 3 people. Ensuite bathroom so good for privacy. View over town to the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Small balcony with lots of sun. Host and cleaner were very helpful when we had a problem we had created!
Just a lovely place to stay
Liked: This flat was just lovely. Clean, spacious, modern and well furnished. We didn't need the air conditioning but it has it. We didn't have trouble getting in to the place and the hosts were easy to reach on WhatsApp.
Disliked: An extra rubbish bag, salt and pepper and paper towels would have been nice but that's being really picky.
