Fabulous
Difficult communication with the host
Nice, clean and bright apartment. Well located
Liked: The Apartment is clean, bright and confortable. Well located for what we needed. Super Easy check in and check out! Host very responsive and caring. Confortable bed with nice bedding. Hairdryer, nice shower.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have an oven, at least an small electric one. And also basic supplies (Just as Salt, pepper and oil). I know its not needed but it is always nice to have those basics when the guests are supposed to cook. An extra power socket by the beds. Its either the lamp or charging your phone.
Huge disappointment - very economically represented
Liked: Location and apartment was quite spacious
Disliked: -Condition of decor poor, requires total repaint and several maintenance issues needs addressed. -Couldn’t get induction hob to work, kept going off making it impossible to boil kettle let alone attempt to cook a simple meal in this self catering apartment. -Bathroom door has long term issue, scraping on tiles causing major noise disruption. -Sofa stained and needs replaced as comfort level poor in certain areas. -No cushions as displayed on photos. -Courtyard view is a joke and not clean. -Anyone wishing to book should look very carefully at the accompanying images, whilst green and open spaces (leisure area) are widely illustrated in the promotional pictures the luxury of this is most definitely not available to the ground floor property although used as an enticement to book - we were very disappointed we had no outside space particularly as the owner refused a response when questioned.
Good place in a nice area. Some communication / parking frustrations
Liked: Good room, decently equipped, good location, with lift - seems to be an affluent part of the city. Nice outdoor terrace. Good amenities in the area. Top floor so was very quiet. Great views!
Disliked: Poor communication regarding parking. I pre-booked and confirmed via WhatsApp (with G, no reply), yet no entry card was provided on arrival. By the second night, a card was finally left in my room, but as a solo traveler, I had to find city parking just to leave my car and go inside to retrieve the permit. By then it was pointless; by night three, I’d already been forced to figure out city parking on my own so the car park seemed redundant. I ended up paying 30 Euros for two nights in the multi-story (I was promised a refund for the first night). In hindsight, I’d save the frustration and just use street parking from the start.
Liked: For a quick in and out to Tenerife over New Year's Eve it was a perfect stay for us.
