Very good
Santa Cruz short stay
Liked: Great location, big, tall room, separate bathroom(nice setup), AC and TV available. Bring ear plugs since it's right in the city center and people get loud outside. Was it worth it? Yes, solid 9/10.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit too stiff for me but it might be just a personal preference.
Liked: Everything especially location
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The room was a good size and very well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom was superbly clean and had good facilities. The public area was also very clean.
Disliked: A small shared kitchen area with fridge, micro, toaster and kettle would be a very valuable addition. A hook in the bathroom for clothes would also be helpful.
Liked: Price point, cleanliness, safety, location, staff (night security Carlos was exceptional)
Disliked: The problems with the outside door. Also, just for your awareness, some things need fixing: the handle of the shower stall (#4) needs a screw, the faucet needs to be tightened before it breaks, the drain is clogged, in the bedroom, the plug by the desk needs to be fixed before an accident happens. These are minor things that I mentioned for the owner to be fixed so that they don't spend more money when they fully break. It doesn't influence my evaluation of the room, but I know it did for other clients
Too overpriced for the value it delivered
Liked: The location was top! In the middle of the city
Disliked: The bathrooms are separate from the rooms and, in our case, were quite far away. They are also located near the entrance, so returning to the room after a shower felt uncomfortable, especially with people around when you just want to get back and get dressed. Additionally, the windows are very old and offered little sound insulation, so we could hear street noise throughout the night.
Liked: The location was great and the hotel was clean.
Disliked: Reaching the hotel was difficult because there was no sign, name, or number on the building. Another problem was that while the room had its own bathroom,but it was in a separate building, so I had to walk 15 meters to reach it. This was tiring for me and for my husband. The biggest issue, however, was that the room faced a noisy main street. I couldn't sleep until midnight and had to wake up very early because of the noise.There was no opportunity to change rooms.
