Fabulous
Liked: Location was excellent, Parking in the basement very useful. Nice TV and comfy sofa. Bed very comfortable. Nice smart looking apartment.
Disliked: Air conditioning and dish washer "temporarily" out of order. Also watch your shin on the bed, its an unusual frame which protrudes more than you might expect
Good for a short Santa Cruiz stay if you don’t bring your car
Liked: Clean, central, staff are very responsive via WhatsApp
Disliked: Here’s a clearer, more structured version you can use: ⸻ There was significant confusion regarding the parking arrangements. Initially, we were told the parking would be on the street, which is almost impossible in the centre of Santa Cruz. After insisting for clarification, we were informed that the exact parking location would only be provided once we had accessed the apartment. This created a difficult situation on arrival. My partner had to stop temporarily at the only available roadside space and wait while I went to access the apartment, which is approximately seven minutes away and located on the fifth floor. Additionally, the parking basement can only be accessed via an elevator that requires a key. There is no stair access. This meant that once we left the apartment and returned the keys at checkout, the car would no longer have been accessible. As a result, it was impossible for us to leave the apartment for a short walk before departure without risking being unable to retrieve the vehicle.
Liked: Central location,
Disliked: No actual person there, everything done via WhatsApp,would be helpful if it was mentioned that it's underground parking.
Excellent location, clean but disappointing attitude towards AC
Liked: Clean apartment, centre of town with free parking below.
Disliked: It was easy to get once we knew how, very odd with what was termed as a ‘virtual key’. Until we grasped it, it was complicated. We were told about instructions but I received 11 emails and some of them the text was condensed and unreadable. Now my big issue which is why I didn’t give the top feedback. This apartment had big windows and was south facing and was like a sauna when we arrived. There was AC but there was a sign saying it was temporarily out of service, as was the dishwasher. We enquired about other availability and were informed there were none with AC. It’s clear this company don’t want you to use any electricity to increase profit. And guess what, we tested the AC and found it fully functioning.
Great base for exploring
Liked: Location
Disliked: Narrow parking entrance
