  A Beautiful Apartment with Everything You Need

  Liked: A beautiful apartment on the 27th floor, equipped with everything you could possibly need, even for a longer stay. We were welcomed with complimentary water, crisps, muffins, tea and more. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and all the extra thoughtful touches, such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, salt, pepper and many other essentials that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The underground parking was absolutely perfect. Anyone familiar with staying in a city knows how difficult parking can be, so having convenient underground parking was a real bonus. The only issue we experienced occurred at the beginning of our stay, when the apartment door-opening system failed. However, the host acted very quickly and resolved the situation with the help of the building’s security team. The host also apologised several times for the initial inconvenience, even though it was beyond their control and was not their fault. During our stay, they checked whether we had experienced any further problems or needed help with anything. This was a great example of professionalism and genuine care for guests. We really appreciated the host’s attentiveness and concern for our comfort throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other guests. Despite the initial issue, everything else was excellent, and the host’s professional and thoughtful approach made a very positive impression on us.

  Disliked: The only downside was a temporary issue with the apartment door-opening system upon arrival, which the host resolved very quickly.

  Perfect location, friendly staff and modern appartment

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, good modern facilities, nice that there is a parking space (especially in Santa Cruz) and good location.

  Disliked: The location of the microwave, it takes up 1/3 of the counter and there is no place for the kettle.

  Fantastic home away from home in the heart of Santa Cruz

  Liked: - attentive and responsive staff who gave clear instructions and answered all questions and requests in a timely manner (via text). - super friendly and helpful building security staff. - breathtaking view of the coast and mountains, from the tallest building on the Canary islands. - great ventilation: nice to wake up to the fresh costal air. - excellent location: steps away from major shopping centres, groceries, and the main bus/train terminal. - appliances and amenities are in top condition. There is plenty of attention to detail in equipping the apartment, from kitchen supplies to linens to decor, furniture, and storage space. Nothing is missed, making the apartment completely functional as a cozy home away from home. - comes with a dedicated underground parking spot (which I did not use but could imagine it being useful).

  Disliked: - nothing, would definitely stay again!

  Good place to stay, but needs more instructions

  Liked: Good location and clean

  Disliked: The parking is impossible to find, rubbish directions, unhelpful people when I reached out- didn’t know. There was a road block which doesn’t usually happen but it’s been there a while and will continue to be. Security don’t speak English.
