Very good
Why is this hotel rated only 3 stars?
Liked: Why is this hotel rated only 3 stars?;-) They made me as well a lunchbag when I had to skip breakfast due to an early flight.
Disliked: The room was quite warm, was not sure how the airco worked, but opening a window would solve it partly.
Fine for a short stay but had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones
Liked: Good location with good breakfast, staff friendly
Disliked: Very noisy air conditioning. Room dated.
Liked: Not much.basic hotel basic breakfast to expensive for what it is
Disliked: Rooms very basic we paid 250 euro.only a bottle water in room.breakfast was very basic
Nice friendlay hotel, with a fantastic breakfast and a great location
Liked: Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely and inviting.. Air con already on, making it comfortable on a very hot arrival day. Complimentary bottles of water. There is a fridge in the room and ample wardrobe space. Missed tea and coffee facilities though. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and the hot food is cooked to order. Again friendly helpful; waiter. Bar area round the corner has comfy seats and a nice view over the park. Location is excellent, not too much of hill back up from Plaza de Espana.
Disliked: Would have liked tea and coffee facilties, but with the fridge in the room we were able to buy a few sachets from the supermarket next door along with the milk. Wasn't a big issue at all
Liked: Staff, location and room.
Disliked: You need to ask for AC controller at the reception.
Liked: Exceptional staff, and perfect location. Very good for a weekend family stay:)
