Good
Liked: Convenient location, excellent staff, room size, cleanliness, and air conditioning.
Disliked: The only thing is, it would be nice to have a fridge in the room; however, it’s not essential, as there is a shared fridge on the ground floor.
Perfect hotel for a short stay
Liked: Very central location. Not a hotel for a long-term stay but was absolutely perfect for a short layover. Recommend it no problem.
Disliked: Lack of facilities like a kettle in the room. Common area was a bit dirty but nothing major.
Excellent spot for exploring Santa Cruz de Tenerife or transiting bwt
Liked: Extremely close to the bus station and the wonderful market, 24-hour reception, lift, comfy and very clean rooms, mini kitchen (kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave) and eating area, good bars, restaurants and Mercadonas nearby, good air con and best of all really helpful, nice and kind staff. 💚 I’m going back on my return journey to Ireland as it’s so convenient to overnight between Tenerife Norte and Tenerife Sur.
Disliked: WiFi is a bit patchy BUT staff try and put you in a room where it’s good if you need it and there’s a salon area where you can work if you can’t get signal in your room.

Liked: The location was great, staff very welcoming.
Disliked: Wi-fi very intermittent, no bedside tables. Tired bath rust around plug hole. No fridge in bedroom. Toilet seat annoying wouldn't stay up when required kept falling down. New curtains would give the room alot better look.
Liked: It was fine. Location was great for centre However a wee bit dodgy in hotel area as well.Nothing to prove that but you just get that feeling sometimes. 🤔 Santa cruz a great one night visit.

What a complete and utter s##t hole

Disliked: Couldn’t get a coffee or any beverage, needs gutting and complete renovation the decor is depressing, there was holes in walls which are paper thin hearing other guests several rooms away, they let workmen into our room while we were out during the day that started drillng holes at 8.30am, it was that bad we had booked for 2 nights but went home after 1st night. The receptionists we met were very nice and there was hot water. Thats it
