Exceptional
The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent apartment, very clean, well-equipped kitchen
Liked: Everything:))
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The host met us to get the keys and explained all about the parking and the flat - super friendly and caring. The flat was well set up, modern, clean, and spacious. The host kindly baby proofed the apartment and even left a few toys for our baby and some fruit for us. Really comfortable and well located - great stay!
Disliked: Not very easy to collect keys- I had to message the hosts on arrival to ask where and how we could collect the keys and the instructions weren’t extremely clear (some miscommunication). After meeting the host - then was smooth sailing.

Liked: Everything. The flat was well equiped, clean and the host is very nice! I recommend truly. It even has a private parking and it is really a plus in Santa Cruz. You can leave your car and walk to the city center in only 10 min. For sure, if I come back I will book again
