Good
there is problems with parking and water damage
Liked: View
Disliked: The place leaked water, suitcases got wet, the bed felt wet from all the moisture, I had to do extra laundry, there was a huge hill to climb, no parking near the place, the host did not stop by after I informed him of the problem and there was no reimbursement of any kind for inconvenience, will never stay there again!

Liked: small house inserted in a natural landscape with ocean view all wonderful for a quiet holiday in peace and with all the comforts you arrive by car right behind the house. fresh and very welcoming the private pool. breakfast with ocean view. jacuzzi marr view very beautiful.
Disliked: Stairs for arrive
Spectacular views, near the city center, adorable cats
Liked: It's just a few minutes (by car) outside of the city center, with spectacular views of Santa Cruz. The sunrise is incredible. Check-in and checkout was easy. The host was responsive and forthcoming. Beware that there are four cats - for me, this was a plus, as they are well-behaved and very sweet. All in all a special place to stay. A car is needed.
Disliked: The bed is a little bit small.
