Exceptional
Liked: We really loved the apartment. It’s very spacious and in a great location, right on a pedestrian street in the center of Santa Cruz, with lots of shops around and a really nice, lively atmosphere. The host is very friendly and helped us with all the information we needed.
Disliked: The only downside for us was the heat. There is no air conditioning. There are fans, but for us they weren’t enough. If you’re used to sleeping at around 19–22°C, it can be quite difficult to sleep when it’s hot. I would recommend checking the weather before you book.

Perfect city vacation stay for a group of friends
Liked: We were warmly greeted by the owner and the facilities were amazing. The kitchen was clean and easy to use, as were the bathrooms. The rooms had more than enough space to properly "move in" for a week, and the addition of a living room made our group trip cosy and very enjoyable. The balcony has a fantastic view of the main street, with many shops and public transport really close by! Parking was also not an issue; another thing we were kindly informed of before our stay.
Disliked: Nothing that the property can help, but it may be useful to keep in mind that guests should shut their windows before going to bed! Main street can be a bit noisy on the weekends, but otherwise everything was very good!

Liked: Very clean, spacious apartment, with good rooms and shared spaces. Lots of windows and natural light throughout which is great in warm climate. Location awesome, would love to stay again
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and should we return to this city again it will be our first choice of
Liked: A unique authentic apartment in the centre of Santa Cruz. We arrived late but check in went well. The property is exceptionally spacious and very well equipped with everything you need, no need to buy any essentials, everything is provided eg. Condiments, foil and clingfilm etc. everything!
Disliked: Noisy at times but to be expected given the position of the apartment.
